INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
4 pound chicken wings
1/2 cup hot sauce
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Use aluminum foil to line two medium baking sheets. Combine chicken wings, garlic powder, and paprika in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
2. Pour 3/4 cup of water into the Instant Pot’s bottom. Insert the trivet into the pot and then the wings. Press the manual setting and fasten the lid. For ten minutes, cook on high. After cooking is complete, release the pressure quickly.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by heating the butter in a microwave-safe bowl until thoroughly melted. Add spicy sauce and whisk. Turn up the broiler to high.
4. Place the cooked wings in a big bowl and mix with half of the sauce. Spread evenly on the baking sheet that has been prepared, and broil for 4 minutes on each side, or until crisp. Take out of the tray and replace in the bowl. When the sauce is almost gone, gently stir and serve.
