Keto Air Fryer Steak Bites

Heat things up with these Keto Air Fryer Steak Bites! Seasoned to perfection and air-fried to crispy, delectable perfection, these juicy morsels as tender as can be. No matter the occasion—a party or simply a hunger pang—these steak bits satisfy with their substantial flavor and absence of guilt. Savor the moment when you have steakhouse-quality food prepared in your air fryer.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, divided
1 lb. New York strip steak, trimmed and cut into 1″ cubes
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, divided
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp. (or more) finely chopped fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Warm up the air fryer for five minutes at 400°. Meanwhile, combine the steak, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and two tablespoons of salt in a big bowl.
2. If needed, work in batches and place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Simmer for 2 minutes, then turn and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, or until the desired doneness is reached. After moving the steak to a platter, reheat it.
3. Meanwhile, melt two tablespoons of butter in a small pot over medium heat. Add the garlic and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, and simmer for about a minute, stirring now and then, until aromatic and sizzling. After approximately a minute, add the final six tablespoons of butter and whisk until melted. Take off the heat and add the parsley.
4. Drizzle half of the garlic butter over the steak. Garnish with extra parsley, if preferred. Serve the leftover garlic butter on the side for dipping.
