INGREDIENTS

1/4 c. sesame seeds
2 Tbsp. flax seeds
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 tsp. ground clove
Cooking spray
1 c. almonds, chopped
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. unsweetened coconut flakes
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 large egg white
1/4 c. melted coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Set oven temperature to 350° and spray cooking spray on a baking pan. Combine the almonds, walnuts, coconut flakes, sesame seeds, flax seeds, and chia seeds in a big bowl. Add the salt, vanilla, cinnamon, and cloves and stir.
2. Stir beaten egg white into granola once it becomes frothy. Add the coconut oil and whisk until everything is coated. Transfer onto the baking sheet that has been prepared and level out. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown. Allow to cool fully.
