INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon salt
½ lemon lemon zest
1 lb broccoli(455 g), cut into florets
1 tablespoon olive oil
tahini, to serve
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 450˚F (230˚C). On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, mix broccoli with olive oil to coat evenly.
2. Season with salt and lemon zest, then roast for 10-12 minutes, until gently browned. Serve with tahini sauce. Enjoy!
