Float on cloud nine with Keto Cloud Bread! This light and airy low-carb bread is a delightful alternative to traditional bread, perfect for sandwiches or a tasty snack. Each bite is a fluffy, fun, and guilt-free indulgence that makes healthy eating feel like a treat!
INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened, or greek yogurt
3 eggs, separated
⅛ teaspoon cream of tartar
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Turn the oven on to 300°F, or 150°C. Divide the eggs between two bowls. Whip the egg whites with the cream of tartar until firm peaks form.
2. Mix the yogurt or cream cheese into the yolks until thoroughly blended. Just combine the yolks and half of the egg whites by folding them together. Incorporate the remaining ingredients by folding them in again.
3. Spoon six dollops of the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet pan. Using a spatula, spread out the circles until they are about ½ inch (1 cm) thick.
4. Bake until golden, about 30 minutes. Let cool for a minimum of one hour.
