INGREDIENTS
1 large egg
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
1 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup almond flour
3 tablespoons coconut flour
1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
1 1/2 cups pre-shredded four cheese mix (mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, and asiago)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).Melt four cheese mix and cream cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals until smooth.
2. Add almond flour, coconut flour, Italian herbs, and egg to the melted cheese. Knead with a spatula until uniform and slightly sticky.
3. Let the dough cool, then roll it out between parchment paper sheets to 1/5-inch (5mm) thick. Remove the top sheet and transfer the dough to a baking sheet.
4. Spread half the cheese topping over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch (1.5 cm) border. Bake for 5-6 minutes until edges are golden.
5. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the dough, bake for another 3-5 minutes until melted. Garnish with parsley, slice, and serve.
