- 2 cups white beans
- 0.12 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped or diced chili pepper, roasted
- 1/2 tsp sage
Directions
- Put all ingredients in food processor.
- Puree until smooth.
- Taste for seasoning; add salt and pepper as needed.
- Note: you can use canned Ortega chili peppers.
