- 5 sheets lavash
- 350 g ground beef (80% lean / 20% fat)
- 100 g original mashed potatoes
- 15 sliced cheese
Directions
- Prepare the mashed potatoes according to package instructions.
- Fry the beef in a non-stick pan until brown.
- Mix the beef and potatoes.
- Cut the lavash into thick strips. Put the cheese and potato-beef mix. Form triangles and seal.
- Brush with beaten eggs and cook in an air fryer preheated to 450°F for 5 minutes.
