  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 thick bacon slices
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1/4 cup shredded colby jack cheese
  • 2 tsps garlic powder
  • 2 tsps chili powder
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil.
  • Mix all ingredients except bacon together in bowl.
  • Roll mix into 12 balls.
  • Cut bacon slices in half and then wrap each ball in bacon and place on baking sheet.
  • Cook for 35 minutes.
