- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 thick bacon slices
- 1 medium egg
- 1/4 cup shredded colby jack cheese
- 2 tsps garlic powder
- 2 tsps chili powder
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil.
- Mix all ingredients except bacon together in bowl.
- Roll mix into 12 balls.
- Cut bacon slices in half and then wrap each ball in bacon and place on baking sheet.
- Cook for 35 minutes.
