  • 4 cups green tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups chopped red pepper
  • 1 cup jalapenos, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a large sauce pan.
  • Bring to boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Pour into hot jars and seal in a 30 minute hot water bath.
  • Let cool.
  • Note: enjoy with nachos or hotdogs, or wherever else you use salsa.
