  • 1 avocado
  • 8 oz fat free sour cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 fl oz fresh lemon juice

Directions

  • Remove pit and scoop out Haas avocado; mash.
  • Add sour cream, chives and fresh squeezed lemon juice.
  • Mix together until nicely blended.
  • Chill. Ingredients can easily be doubled for parties.
  • Keep refrigerated and enjoy.
