Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 plum tomato
  • 1/2 lemon yields lemon juice
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/2 tsp jerk seasoning

Directions

  • Cut avocado in half, spoon out the inside into a bowl.
  • Juice 1/2 a lemon over the avocado, add salt and jerk seasoning to taste. Mash together with a fork.
  • Dice tomato and stir into guacamole.
  • Makes about 1 cup.
