Avocado and tomato with lemon juice that's great with blue corn chips.

Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 plum tomato
- 1/2 lemon yields lemon juice
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 tsp jerk seasoning
Directions
- Cut avocado in half, spoon out the inside into a bowl.
- Juice 1/2 a lemon over the avocado, add salt and jerk seasoning to taste. Mash together with a fork.
- Dice tomato and stir into guacamole.
- Makes about 1 cup.
