  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 oz italian pancetta
  • 16 spears medium asparagus

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  • Spread olive oil on the bottom of a small baking pan. Cut off the tough part of each asparagus spear.
  • Wrap each asparagus spear with a 3-4" wide slice of pancetta sliced very thinly and place them in one layer in the baking pan.
  • Bake for 15-25 minutes or until pancetta is a little crispy.
  • Enjoy!
