  • 1/2 medium onion, minced
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • 29 1/2 oz salmon

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Portion with ice cream scoop, flatten and bake at 300 °F (150 °C) for about 20 minutes or cook in non-stick skillet on stove top.
