  • 24 large strawberries
  • 3/4 cup, slivered almonds
  • 8 oz chocolate

Directions

  • Place chocolate in double boiler over barely simmering water.
  • Allow chocolate to melt and stir to blend.
  • Dip strawberries in chocolate by grasping stem end and rotating in chocolate to coat evenly.
  • Roll in chopped nuts.
  • Place on wax paper on cookie sheet and allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Serve within 1 1/2 hours.
