  • 37 g almond meal flour
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 14 3/4 oz canned salmon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 5 sprigs dill
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (canned or bottled)

Directions

  • Mix canned salmon with onions, bell peppers and dill.
  • Add almond flour, lemon juice, egg, and seasonings.
  • Form equal-sized patties.
  • Fry on a non-stick pan over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
