  • 1 can tuna, in water
  • 1 medium whole tomato
  • 1/3 medium red onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed oil

Directions

  • Cut tomato into wedges.
  • Drain tuna.
  • Place tuna, tomato wedges, and sliced red onions on plate and drizzle oil over the top.
  • Enjoy.
