- 1 can tuna, in water
- 1 medium whole tomato
- 1/3 medium red onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
Directions
- Cut tomato into wedges.
- Drain tuna.
- Place tuna, tomato wedges, and sliced red onions on plate and drizzle oil over the top.
- Enjoy.
- Note: for best results, try to get all ingredients in each bite. Vary ingredient amounts as desired.
