Ingredients
- juice from 3 limes
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 20 cooked shrimp medium
- 1/2 tsp coarse kosher salt
- 1 cup sliced japanese cucumber
Directions
- Mix jalapeño, garlic, cilantro, lime, and salt in a blender.
- Add to bowl of shrimp and sliced cucumbers. Mix well.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes then serve.
