Ingredients

  • juice from 3 limes
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 20 cooked shrimp medium
  • 1/2 tsp coarse kosher salt
  • 1 cup sliced japanese cucumber

Directions

  • Mix jalapeño, garlic, cilantro, lime, and salt in a blender.
  • Add to bowl of shrimp and sliced cucumbers. Mix well.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes then serve.
