- 1/2 cup italian dressing (made with vinegar and oil)
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 3 stalks medium celery
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup slices cucumber (with peel)
Directions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to packaging directions. Make sure to let it cool under cold water.
- Prepare vegetables and transfer to a bowl.
