  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 jumbo eggs
  • 6 cups white flour
  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 8 tsps baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar

Directions

  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Gradually add wet ingredients. Knead until incorporated.
  • Roll out the dough and cut into rounds using biscuit cutter.
