  • 1/4 cup whole sesame seeds
  • 85 g raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 14 g yellow onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 4 tbsps 100% whole grain flaxseed
  • 1 cup organic 100% whole ground golden flaxseed meal
  • 307 ml bottled water

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients together - mix well.
  • Spread batter evenly on a dehydrator tray (using teflex sheet). Dry at 105 degrees for 4 hours.
  • Score into 9 squares and flip, and continue to dehydrate for another hour.
