  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 fl oz water
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsps flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup sorghum flour

Directions

  • Stir together all ingredients except egg whites.
  • In a separate bowl whip egg whites into stiff peaks. Fold into bread batter.
  • Pour by 1/4 cup portions onto hot griddle and turn when the top is set.
