- 1 tbsp butter
- 50 g egg
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
- 3 tbsps almond flour
Directions
- Beat the egg with melted butter. Put on a microwave-safe bowl or mug.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes.
- Let cool then remove from the mug. Slice into two pieces.
