- 2 1/4 cups almond flour blanched
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4 large brown cage free eggs
- 5 ml organic apple cider vinegar
- 60 ml heavy whipping cream ultra pasteurized
- 84 g calorie-free sweetener
Directions
- Grease donut pans, preheat oven to 350.
- Mix dry ingredients together well.
- Mix wet ingredients together well.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients together until just blended.
- Spoon batter into ziplock bag, cut off tip/end of bottom corner and squeeze into donut pans. Do not fill all the way, to leave room for rise.
- Bake 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool.
