  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 2 dashes sea salt
  • 1 tbsp onion flakes
  • 1 cup dry 100% whole grain old fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp rosemary

Directions

  • Beat eggs and tomato in a blender.
  • Add oats and beat until smooth.
  • Transfer in a bowl then add onion flakes, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
  • Put in a nonstick bread pan, sprinkle with rosemary, and bake in the oven at 300°F for 7-8 minutes.
