  • 2 cups 100% whole wheat flour
  • 3 eggs (large)
  • 2 1/2 cups fat free milk
  • 2 tbsps honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 1/4 tsps active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp iodized salt
  • 1 scoop meal replacement shake vanilla
  • 1 cup wheat gluten powder
  • 1 1/4 cups lupin flour

Directions

  • Warm honey and milk in a pan. Do not boil.
  • Add yeast and let sit for 5 minutes to allow it to bloom.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add yeast mixture, eggs, and olive oil.
  • Knead the dough and let rise for 45-60 minutes.
  • Transfer to a bread mold and garnish as desired. Let rise for an hour.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.
