- 5 medium bananas
- 4 scoops protein powder
- 1 dash salt
- 4 packets no calorie sweetener
- 2 large eggs
- 4 scoops protein baked goods mix
- 1/2 tsp double acting baking powder
- 2 tbsps sour cream
Directions
- Mash bananas and add other ingredients one at a time. Mix well.
- Pour into a lightly greased mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 40-45 minutes.
- Let cool, unmold, and slice.
