- 2 medium apples
- 1/4 cup whole cranberries
- 1 1/2 oz pecan nuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup sunflower oil
- 3 tbsps molasses
- 1 tsp light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups white flour
- 15 g whole wheat flour
- 425 g pumpkin puree
Directions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Slowly add the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the nuts, cranberries, and apple slices.
- Put in a lightly greased bread mold. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour 15 min.
