Ingredients
- 3 tsps baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 packet sweetener
- 2 cups flaxseed meal
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- In a 10x15" baking pan, line with parchment paper or oil.
- Mix dry ingredients well.
- Add wet ingredients to dry mix and combine well.
- Pour batter into pan and spread from center. Leave an inch or two from sides for thicker bread.
- Bake for 20 minutes until it springs back or its visibly brown.
- Cool and cut.
