Ingredients

  • 3 tsps baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 packet sweetener
  • 2 cups flaxseed meal

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  • In a 10x15" baking pan, line with parchment paper or oil.
  • Mix dry ingredients well.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry mix and combine well.
  • Pour batter into pan and spread from center. Leave an inch or two from sides for thicker bread.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until it springs back or its visibly brown.
  • Cool and cut.
