  • 1 large egg
  • 3 dashes salt
  • 5 g double acting baking powder
  • 43 g almond meal flour
  • 1 tbsp unsalted sweet cream butter

Directions

  • Melt the butter in a ramekin.
  • Add the almond flour, baking powder, salt and egg. Mix well.
  • Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
  • Remove bread from ramekin. Cut in half and toast in a skillet until desired crispness.
