Ingredients
- 32 slices white bread
- 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
- 2 cups whole milk
- 179 g frozen whole blueberries
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsps cinnamon
- 2 cups egg whites 100% liquid
Directions
- Lightly grease a 13x9-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- Slice bread into cubes and put in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle blueberries on top of bread.
- Mix together remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour over the bread and blueberries.
- Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes.
