Ingredients

  • 32 slices white bread
  • 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 179 g frozen whole blueberries
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsps cinnamon
  • 2 cups egg whites 100% liquid

Directions

  • Lightly grease a 13x9-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Slice bread into cubes and put in the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle blueberries on top of bread.
  • Mix together remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour over the bread and blueberries.
  • Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes.
