- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups black beans
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup 100% cocoa
- 1 dash salt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 68 g nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup no calorie sweetener
Directions
- Set oven to 350°F.
- Drain liquid from beans then puree.
- Mix eggs, vanilla extract, and yogurt in a bowl.
- Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Mix slowly dry and wet ingredients.
- Pour the batter into a greased or lined baking mold.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes. Let cool before unmolding and slicing.
