- 2 oz unsalted mixed nuts
- 1/4 cup monkfruit sweetener with erythritol
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Use mixer to whip egg whites and peanut butter.
- Slowly add sweetener into the peanut butter with the mixer on high for about a minute and a half.
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper. Pour batter evenly and sprinkle mixed nuts on top.
- Bake for 28-30 minutes.
