  • 2 oz unsalted mixed nuts
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 large egg whites

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Use mixer to whip egg whites and peanut butter.
  • Slowly add sweetener into the peanut butter with the mixer on high for about a minute and a half.
  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper. Pour batter evenly and sprinkle mixed nuts on top.
  • Bake for 28-30 minutes.
