Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
  • 3 servings 1 packet splenda
  • 8 oz frozen whipped topping, low fat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, reduced fat

Directions

  • Allow cream cheese to soften.
  • Mix on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  • Add vanilla flavoring and Splenda to cream cheese and mix at medium speed until well blended.
  • Pour into pie plate and freeze. You can make this into mini cheesecakes by using small ziplock containers and freezing them.
  • You can either eat this frozen or allow to thaw.
  • Delicious!
