  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsps sweetener
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup carbalose flour
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1/4 cup tap water
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup low fat peanut flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
  • Add warm water and the rest of the wet ingredients. Mix well using a fork.
  • Heat oven to 400 °F (205 °C). Use cooking spray on a cookie sheet and with a spoon, drop dollops of dough on the cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
