- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup almond meal flour
- 1 dash sea salt
- 3 tbsps coconut flour
- 1 large egg white
- 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
- 1/8 cup whole grain oat flour
Directions
- Beat wet ingredients with sweetener until incorporated.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Form cookies and place on a baking sheet.
- Cook in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes at 375°F.
