Ingredients

  • 1 mini banana
  • 1/4 cup walnut halves & pieces
  • 1 cup dry old fashioned oats
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 g cinnamon
  • 1 g vanilla extract

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven at 350°F.
  • Mash banana in a bowl. Finely chop walnuts. Mix together.
  • Add oats, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Line baking tray with parchment paper. Measure out batter by tablespoons and flatten each into a round.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven then reduce temperature to 300°F. Flip cookies and bake for another 10 minutes. Let it cool in rack.
