Ingredients
- 4 tbsps raw unfiltered honey
- 1/3 cup organic dried cranberries
- 1 cup natural unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 tbsps ground flaxseed seeds
- 3 tsps cinnamon
- 2 1/2 medium bananas
- 2 cups uncooked rolled oats - gluten free
- 3 tsps vanilla extract
- 15 g organic raw walnut halves and pieces
- 1/4 cup dried bing cherries
Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 350°F. In a bowl, mash bananas then add apple sauce and honey.
- Gradually add remaining ingredients. Mix to incorporate.
- Scoop mixture onto lined baking sheet and cook for 20 - 30 minutes. Let cool then serve or store in an airtight container.
