- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1/2 cup unpacked brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
Directions
- Cream together butter, peanut butter, sugars and egg. Sift together flour and baking soda, mix into creamed mixture.
- Roll into small balls and press with fork. Bake 10 minutes at 350 °F (175 °C).
- Makes approximately 40 3” diameter cookies.
