- 3/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 3/4 cups chopped zucchini
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising corn meal
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
Directions
- Shred zucchini.
- Combine ingredients and mix well.
