- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 scoops 100% whey - double rich chocolate
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ginger (ground)
- 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup sliced bananas (frozen)
- 1 large egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mash bananas then mix with egg, honey, and oil.
- Grind oats into flour.
- Add dry ingredients to the bananas. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake for 15 minutes.
