- 1 cup spelt flour
- 1 cup oat bran
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 medium bananas
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup 2% fat milk
- 2 tsps baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Mix wet (honey, milk, vanilla extract, and mashed banana).
- Mix dry (spelt flour, oat bran, whole wheat flour. baking powder, baking soda, and salt).
- Add dry to wet then mix together.
- Bake to 350 °F for 25 minutes.
