- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 115 g butter
- 150 g brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 80 g sour cream
- 4 medium bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Mash the bananas then beat with eggs and brown sugar.
- Add the other wet ingredients.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Distribute into muffin tins.
