- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
- 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Lightly grease silicone cups with vegetable oil.
- Whisk eggs and add the remaining ingredients. Reserve 1/4 of the cheese.
- Pour into silicone cups and cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from the cups and top with cheese.
