  • 6 fl oz whole milk
  • 3 tbsps vinegar
  • 2 tbsps vanilla extract
  • 3 cups garbanzo bean flour
  • 3/4 cup monkfruit sweetener
  • 7 g baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsps baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsps salt

Directions

  • Mix wet (crushed pineapple, whole milk, vinegar, and vanilla extract).
