- 1 scoop natural whey protein - vanilla creme
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk - vanilla
- 2 cups flapjack and waffle mix
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries
- 100 g greek nonfat yogurt - vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except blueberries. Mix until smooth.
- Fill each muffin tin with the batter then put in blueberries.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
