  • 1/2 cup ground golden flaxseed meal
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup almond meal flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 2/3 tbsp dry yeast
  • 2 tbsps heavy cream
  • 5 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsps vinegar

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  • Soften cream cheese in microwave for 20 seconds. Add yeast, cream, vinegar and 2 tablespoons warm water and mix.
  • Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
  • Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Add the cheese and mix. Scoop into muffin pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
