  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup flour
  • 15 oz pumpkin puree can
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 1 cup chopped cranberries
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup sweetener

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients untill mixed.
  • Pour into 12 greased muffin tins or muffin papers.
  • Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 22-25 minutes.
