- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup quick oats
Directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Divide into mini muffin cups.
- Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for 10 to 15 minutes or until they are done.
- To test doneness insert a toothpick, and if clean when you pull it out it is done.
