Ingredients
- 2 cups quick oats
- 6 oz 0% plain greek yogurt
- 1 snack size applesauce unsweetened
- 2 large eggs
- 10 tbsps clover honey
- 6 tsps cinnamon
- 2 scoops super advanced whey protein - vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 400°F.
- Mix wet ingredients.
- Stir in dry ingredients.
- Pour in prepared muffin pans.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until inside is no longer wet. Let it cool before serving or refrigerating.
